Chang has been Bursar at Wellington College Hangzhou since 2019 and comes with a wealth of experience in finance and management. After graduating from Tianjin Normal University Chang started her career at a Fortune 500 company where she grew to lead the accounting department. In 2003, she decided to pursue her academic and professional goals in the UK, where she completed her BSc in Applied Accounting, ACCA qualification, and MSc in Accounting with Finance. She worked as an auditor in a firm located in Mayfair, London for three and a half years, gaining valuable overseas working experience.
Prior to joining Wellington College Hangzhou, Chang has held many senior roles within Wellington College China family, starting as Finance & HR Manager at Wellington College International Tianjin in early 2011 and transferring to Wellington College International Shanghai in 2014 at its founding stage. In the capacity of Senior Finance Manager, she was responsible for the finance of all Wellington and Hiba schools in Shanghai.
