Lily Wang graduated from Hubei University majoring in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Language. After graduation, she taught at a famous IB international school in Guangdong, and then at an international school in Wuhan. This is her fifth year working at Hiba, and her fourth year serving as the grade leader of Grade 3 at Hiba.
Thanks to the teaching experience in international schools, she does not stick to the traditional teaching mode, and likes to try different methods, hoping that children can get a better learning experience. In daily life, she pays attention to her professional relationship with children. She pays attention to the cultivation of daily behavior and learning habits, and strives to guide children to become more independent. She believes that "there is always someone to learn from" and is committed to becoming a lifelong learner.
