Ms Vivian Hu is a passionate and creative teacher who has been teaching since 2012. She completed her bachelor’s degree in English Language Art and Education and has taught in a variety of settings, including early years, primary and secondary.
For the first three years of her teaching career, Ms Vivian worked as a primary English teacher at a local primary school in Shenzhen. She then moved on to an international school in Guangzhou, where she worked as an SEN teaching assistant in early years and primary for two years, gaining experience with the IB Programme. After that, she worked at a British school in Guangzhou as an SEN teaching assistant in primary and secondary for four years.
Ms Vivian's experience as a special education needs teacher has taught her that every child matters and every child has the ability to learn. She understands that teaching strategies need to be adapted to meet the needs of each student and that it's important to never give up on them. She also recognises that every child is unique and strives to understand everything that affects their way of learning in order to provide them with an optimal learning environment.
