Mrs Hillary MacKinnon has 16 years’ of work experience in international schools, in which she has worked for Wellington Schools in China for 11 years. The rich work experience has given her opportunities working closely with pupils, families, and colleagues from a variety of culture backgrounds. She is always fascinated about the beauty of different cultures and she believes that cultural diversity brings a collective strength that can benefit every single member in the community. Having been a Wellingtonian for 11 years, she understands the importance of strong multicultural community and feels very proud to be a part of such a flourishing and rapid-growing Wellington family. Mrs MacKinnon holds a bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language and Literature from WuHan University, China. She is also a holder of TEFL Certificates.
Amongst her interests, Mrs MacKinnon enjoys travelling and reading. She is returning to Wellington College Education (China) - Hangzhou with her husband David Mackinnon and their two boys, Lucas and Laine, from Ontario, Canada.
