Caroline holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Emory University and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counselling from Johns Hopkins University. She is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counsellor (LGPC) and National Certified Counsellor (NCC) in the United States with experience providing individual, group and family therapy for eating disorders, depression, anxiety and related challenges. She has specialised experience across outpatient and higher levels of care.
She has conducted research at Emory University, University College London and Westlake University, informing her integrative, evidence-based approach. Drawing from CBT, DBT and emotion-focused techniques, her work is grounded in a relational and culturally responsive framework.
Caroline also brings a strong interest and background in nutrition and physical therapy, supporting her holistic view of mental health. Outside of work, she enjoys creative writing, reading and music - passions that enrich her therapeutic perspective.
