For the convenience of our pupils and parents, we provide a daily school bus service in cooperation with Hangzhou Xiaoshan Changyun Bus Co., Ltd. There are separated Primary bus routes and Senior Schools bus routes for the 2025-26 academic year and most living area of Hangzhou are covered.
We have 24 seater bus. The 24 seater bus is supervised by one school bus monitor. Bus monitors are responsible for pupils’ safety and wellbeing during the journey while managing children’s behavior as well.
We aim to provide all pupils with safe and comfortable transportation experience. Pupils of Hiba Academy Hangzhou can apply for school bus service.
School Bus Route
At the end of June each year, school operation team makes route plan according to the address of the newly enrolled pupils (who wish to take the school bus) and the address of the existing bus pupils, and then submits the route to the traffic police bureau of relevant district and Xiaoshan Education Bureau for approval. No adjustment should be made across the school year after the school bus route is approved.
Registration process
The school bus registration takes place in summer, school bus application can be applied for online in the Edu365 system. The operation team will send bus confirmation letter including bus details to parents once the registration is confirmed.
The registration is based on the availability of routes and seats. Please kindly to download the school bus system "WCC TMS" for use. Parents who missed the registration deadline can call 0571-82396338 or email us your inquiries.
The exact running time may differ from the announced time in actual practice, and parents shall be notified in advance should it be the case.
Bus fee
1. School bus fee is RMB11,330 per semester; RMB22,660 per year. The registration is valid upon receiving of payment of school bus fee.
2. At the beginning of the semester, the bus fee will be charged in full. After the semester starts, the bus fee will be charged on a pro rata basis from the starting date on the school bus application form.
3. A pro-rata refund can be arranged if parents decide to cancel the school bus service within 3 weeks from the start of the bus service. No refund will be given after 3 weeks from the start of the semester (exclusive of boarding or school transfer).
Parent/Guardian pick up
Parents/guardians should wear ID cards when they drop off and pick up their child(ren) at the bus stops. Parents/guardians are asked to ensure that pupils are at the bus stop 5 minutes before the departure time.
The timing of afternoon school bus overlaps with the evening rush hour. The bus arrival time at each stop depends on traffic condition of the day and may not meet the arrival time of the school bus schedule.
