A key element of ensuring the wellbeing of the children in our care is to ensure they are safe. We call this our safeguarding programme. Safeguarding is integrated into every level of operation in the College, from our hiring processes through to signage, staff training and pupil education on their own safety.
Our staff are trained on how to identify signs that a child may require support and know how to appropriately and sensitively deliver that support. We have a trained team of Designated Safeguarding Leads who act as the key contact persons for all safeguarding-related matters, ensuring that throughout the College, our safeguarding practices meet world standards.
